ec Secure for Android™ * ("Service") is a security software designed for designated smart phones and tablets (“Mobile Devices”) powered by F-Secure Corporation (“F-Secure”). The Service is subject to F-Secure End User License Terms (“F-Secure EULT”), which will be shown in the installation.

Customer shall download and install the application software into the Customer’s mobile device and accept the F-Secure EULT before activating the Service. For further details of the Service including hardware and software requirements and installation of the Service, please refer to the user guide of the Service at www.idd1507.com.

The Service is valid for use for 365 days after Service activation.

The Service supports designated Mobile Devices. Customer shall check the Service compatibility list with the Customer’s mobile devices at www.idd1507.com before subscribing the Service.

Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that use of the Service is at Customer’s sole risk, and the Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ec Telecom disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ec Telecom assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings or for any damage to the Customer’s mobile device or loss of data that results from the download of any materials, data or information.

ec Telecom is not manufacturer of Service and is not responsible for the quality and function of the Service. Customer expressly relieves ec Telecom from any and all liabilities in relation to the use or provision of the Service. Notwithstanding the above, under no circumstances will ec Telecom, its employees, agents or contractors or suppliers (including suppliers of the Service or parts of the Service) be liable in any way whatsoever to Customer or any other person for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of use of data or anticipated savings, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, and whether or not ec Telecom has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Data usage and, if the Service is accessed or used outside Hong Kong, roaming charges will be incurred when using the Service. Customer shall be fully responsible for the relevant data and roaming charges. ec Telecom expressly disclaims any liability for any such data usage and roaming charges.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). The parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong.
