| The service period of the above offer is 1 month and Customers are required to pre-pay full monthly fee for the corresponding month. Upon expiry of the service plan, the service plan will be extended automatically for another month, all charges, terms and conditions will remain unchanged |
| 2. | Change of plan is not allowed during the service period |

| Business「ecFax」service only offers service of receiving fax messages |
4.
| Number of fax pages received shall be based on ec Telecom record and such record shall be final and conclusive |
5.
| Customers are responsible for all their email account charges. ec Telecom bears no responsibility for any delay in or failure of fax transmission caused by the operation of the customers’ email account. Customers shall remain liable for Business「ecFax」service charges for the relevant fax transmission |
6.
| ec Telecom cannot guarantee that any uploaded or converted fax documents will not be deleted or lost. ec Telecom will not accept any responsibility for any failure, corruption or format loss of any uploaded / converted fax document |
7.
| Fax over the internet may be subject to incorrect data transmission, interruption and may experience delay due to internet traffic or otherwise |
8.
| Customers are required to give 1 month prior notice in writing to ec Telecom Limited for change plan or service termination. The termination or change plan will be effective in the following month and there will be no refund for any pre-paid service fee |
9.
| Business「ecFax」Monthly Plan Service will be suspended if the payments are overdue. During the suspension of service, ec Telecom bear no responsibility or liability to any person for any harm, loss or damage that may arise during the suspension of service. When the payment is made, the Business「ecFax」Monthly Plan Service will be resumed in five working days after receipt of the payment |
10.
| The unused Fax-in Pages cannot be accumulated and will be forfeited in the corresponding month. They are neither transferable, cash redeemable nor cash refundable |
11.
| Customer is not allowed to resell the service |
12.
| ec Telecom Ltd reserves the right to terminate the offer or amend any terms and conditions of the special offers from time to time without prior notice, and terminate the service immediately should there be abnormal usage of the service by the customer |

| The above service is provided subject to ec Telecom Limited General Terms and Conditions of Service |
