By PPS Payment, please select "01" Bill Type for IDD bill payment with effect from 10 Jun 2010. Please find the details as below.

You can settle your bill by the following ways:

By Direct Debit
By ATMs
By Credit Card
By PPS
By Cash
By Cheque
By Internet/e-banking

By Direct Debit
Simply call our Customer Service Hotline to apply for credit card or bank account direct debit. Direct Debit payments will be processed within two working days prior to the bill due date.
Note: The bank direct debit may take up to 2 months to process. You may need to settle your payment via other means before direct debit is effective.

By HSBC/ Hang Seng ATMs
Please choose "Bill Payment" and choose "Tele-communications" and then
"IDD 1507", then enter your account number as shown on your bill and the payment amount. Please keep the payment advice for your own record.

By Cash
You may settle your payment by bringing the bill along with your payment in cash at any 7-ELEVEN / Circle K / Vanguard / Vango Convenient Shop. The maximum payment amount is $5,000. Since it takes time to process your payment, please make your payment as soon as possible.
* A receipt will be issued upon payment, please keep the receipt as record.
* Any cash must be handed together with the bill to the Cashier and please note that 7-ELEVEN / Circle K /
Vanguard / Vango Convenient Shop will not be responsible for any loss.

By Cheque
Write your registered name or company name and the registered number and account number on the back of your crossed cheque (post-dated cheque is not accepted) and make the cheque payable to "ec Telecom Limited" (payment processing takes at least 3 working days). Send the cheque and payment slip to "P.O. Box No. 10004, General Post Office".

By e-Cheque
Send the e-Cheque to our designated email address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and state your account number on "Remark" of the cheque. The e-Cheque shall be payable to "ec Telecom Limited" and in Hong Kong dollars only.
* Do not send post-dated e-Cheques.
* Send the e-Cheque at least 3 working days before the payment due date

Administrative Fee

Effective July 1, 2006, an administrative fee of HK$6.00 will be levied on each bill with charges below HK$50.00.
Customer who chooses to receive email bill will be waived off administrative fee of HK$6.00.

A late fee of HK$20.00 for payment after due date will be imposed.

Less than HK$5 (Amount to be carried forward to next bill)
HK$5.1 - HK$10 (Biannual bill)
HK$10.1 - HK$70 (Quarterly bill)
Above HK$70 (Monthly bill)

Monthly bill may be issued according to specific service term or customer requirement.

 

Calls are billed on a per-minute basis and rounded up to nearest 10 cents in Hong Kong dollar.

 

Important Notice 


From Oct 1, 2019 onwards, an administrative fee of HK$20 will be charged on each postal bill; an administrative fee of HK$5 will be charged on each SMS "Payment Notice". If you wish to receive the bill by email, please register at IDD1507 Online Web Center https://webcenter.idd1507.com.hk or call our customer service hotline for registration. In addition, the administrative fee of HK$5 will be charged for all types of payment methods (except for the payment by Cheque or Direct Debit), the charges will be shown on the next bill.

 

From Oct 1, 2019 onwards, the IDD rates of some major countries/regions will be adjusted. Please check our webpage www.idd1507.com or call our Customer Service Hotline at 2157-2157(Residential) or 2157-8822(Business).

 

From October 2019 onwards, if the total accumulated amount due of your account is equal to or more than HK$70, the bill will be issued on a monthly basis; if the total accumulated amount due is less than HK$70, the bill will be issued every 180 days. Please settle the amount on or before the due date shown on the bill.
